The Assets module allows you to monitor and manage asset data throughout the whole life cycle of the assets, from the planning of a purchase to the writing-off. The asset data can include the information about the suppliers, asset transfers, performance, idle time, maintenance and repair expenses, the asset spare parts, driver's log books, etc.
Maintenance and repairs
The solution supports all kinds of maintenance and repair works (scheduled and emergency) for transportation assets and contains the patterns for the common works. For better tracking, similar works can be merged into work campaigns. The solution enables you to plan and track asset inspections, to schedule the repairs and maintenance of transportation assets for a specific time period (a month, a year, on a specialist demand) using the patterns of the typical works. It can also automatically assign a work to an asset when a predefined counter reading has been reached.
Business process customization
This tool allows you to describe and customize the company business processes. It assigns a document (Job Assignment, Purchase Request, etc.) to a specific employee or a group of employees, enabling them to accept or decline the offer. If a process participant represents a contracting institution, the task is assigned via e-mail. After it, the person in charge should accomplish the assigned task, for example: 'Check the Request, correct the discrepancies if any, make the changes and pass it on to the next stage'.
The Service Management module provides the mechanism for service request handling (the request formation, receiving, and forwarding to the Support department). All the messages about technical issues or any necessary change are recorded, while the request processing can be controlled by the users.
The solution functionality allows you to track material resources related to the enterprise assets. The system allows you to keep the record of information on the assets and their movement, as it monitors the spending and supply of the materials in real time.
This module allows you to manage contractual relationships with the providers of materials and services. You can create purchase contracts, licensing agreements, rental agreements, lease contracts, warranty agreements, employment agreements, framework agreements, and track their implementation. In addition, it's possible to manage any of your own types of agreements.
The Purchasing module enables you to flexibly customize every stage of the purchasing of materials, tools, spare parts and equipment required for maintenance and repair works. The functionality also allows you to keep record on the purchasing of commodities etc. without automating the whole Purchasing process, i.e. when the purchasing is run in another system integrated with IBM Maximo. The solution can be easily integrated with corporate systems like Oracle, SAP or 1C.
