Finding out the most suitable processes for robotic automation

The solution is based on Kryon Process Discovery unique technology that monitors, records, and analyses all the operations performed by the company's users on their PCs. On the basis of this analysis, Process Discovery will make recommendations as to which business processes should be automated.

End-to-end process automation

This is ensured by unattended (autonomous) software robots which operate 24/7, start automatically, and take care of the whole process. An unattended robot is the robot you don't have to control! Unattended automation will rule out human errors, while the operating speed will no longer depend on your employees' mood. It can be useful for the processes that go according to certain scripts and do not require human intervention, e.g. creating accounting documents or invoices. An unattended robot can be set to start upon certain events (triggers) such as files or folders being modified, an email received, a database or API changed.

Human-robot team-up

Attended robots are human's assistants which can be 'summoned' by users at their desktop PCs to execute a task or to help execute a task, thus saving human time and effort for something more significant. For example: a call received by the customer helpdesk in a car insurance company triggers an attended robot to start an application that will identify the customer and display his/her location as well as the current condition of his/her car.

An 'educating' robot will help your employees quickly learn how to use a new system or software product by means of pop-up windows and hints.

Business process optimisation in hybrid mode

The hybrid mode means that attended and unattended robots are working together. For example, it can be used by a call centre: upon an incoming call, an attended robot opens a pop-up window asking an operator to input call data; then the robot sends the data to another (unattended) robot which will process the data and store it in the information system. The robots can be customized to start each other via the interactive Kryon Console.
