Azure Machine LearningAzure Machine Learning is a cloud service for predictive analytics that allows its users to easily develop models and integrate them into industrial solutions. The service enables you to test various hypotheses quickly and on your own, using only an internet browser on any computer from any geographical location.
The machine learning technologies can be used to forecast machinery and equipment failures, sales and inventories, customer attraction and retention rates, as well as for launching new products and performing a wide spectrum of other tasks.
The flexible cloud infrastructure is the optimum choice for those solutions that require large computing capacities for a short period of time. You won't need to place a supercomputer on your balance sheet, nor will you be waiting for weeks till the model will have been trained.
Azure Machine Learning has two components: Azure ML Studio (a development framework accessible via a browser, which provides a visual interface and a drag-and-drop technology to develop models) and Azure ML Web Services for using the models in industrial solutions. The core of Azure ML is based on the most advanced realizations of machine learning algorithms adopted by Microsoft, and also offers hundreds of toolkits for developers in such popular languages as R and Python.
