System integrator and software developer Navicon is listed among 18 Representative Vendors for CRM solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech industries, according to the report «Market Guide for CRM in Pharma and Biotech» of global research firm Gartner. The system integrator is the only company headquartered in Russia included in the report.

Navicon, a systems integrator and software developer, has concluded a strategic partnership with Infomaximum, which is a Russian developer of solutions for business process optimization based on the concept of 'process mining'. The solution Navicon is now offering to its clients is Proceset – the partner's flagship solution designed to analyse the work actions of a company's employees and then to suggest the optimum patterns for automating (totally or partially) their work. The Proceset system will allow Navicon clients to reduce the automation costs and time by up to 30%.
08.04.2018 - Navicon Localizes ERP for Smith & Nephew Russia
Navicon has adapted the ERP solution used by Smith & Nephew global office for the company's Russian branch, LLC Smith&Nephew (Russia). As a result of the project, the Russian office of Smith & Nephew got an automated information system which allows keeping financial, tax, and managerial accounting under the European standard (IFRS) and Russian standard (RAS) simultaneously.
19.03.2018 - Navicon Upgrades bpm’online CRM Solution at Merz Russia
Navicon, a systems integrator and software developer, has upgraded bpm’online – a CRM solution developed by Terrasoft – at Merz Russia, a pharmaceutical company that is a Russian subsidiary of Merz Pharma Group. The CRM system was updated taking into account the features and specific requirements of both the pharmaceutical industry and the client's business. As a result of the project, 150 authorized CRM users got a self-service IT solution: they can change its configuration and interface without developers' involvement.

System integrator and developer Navicon developed a warranty registration portal for the Russian subsidiary of STIHL, a German manufacturer of chainsaws and other handheld power equipment including trimmers and blowers.
