Global professional services market capacity is estimated at $3.75 trillion, and according to analysts it will increase 4% a year.

The decision to expand internationally in these industries was determined by Navicon consulting business. The company has a wide expertise in pharmaceutical industry and in automation at FMCG on the local market. Among the company’s customers are most of the Russian high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturers, such as R-Pharm, Petrovax Pharm and Akrikhin, international FMCG product manufacturers such as a Latvian company Food Union, and also main players on the Russian professional services market. Navicon will use the acquired expertise operating on the global market.

«We understand deeply our customers’ business. For instance, Navicon works with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors for more than 10 years. Our business application line is based on the expertise, acquired during this period. These applications increase data management efficiency and make decision making process easier. Currently we see that the companies outside Russia demonstrate the growing demand for automation. They face the same problems as companies in Russia do: poor data quality, lack of sales process control, non-transparent partner and customer relations. Our solutions, developed taking into consideration specific features of targeted industries, solve these problems as well».
Ilya Naroditskiy, International Business Development Director at Navicon.

Navicon understands the specifics of working in foreign markets really well. For instance, the company’s team did several large-scale rollout projects for European pharmaceutical manufacturers: global IT solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV were adapted for Russian subsidiaries of these pharmaceutical companies. Besides, Navicon has implemented its own data management solutions in European and CIS companies.

Moreover, its own business analytics solutions, developed on the technologies of leading IT suppliers, are highly assessed by professional community. Navicon has one of the strongest teams in Russia for the solutions aimed to increase data analytics effectiveness, such as BizTalk Server and SQL Server. The company has also been awarded Microsoft Gold Partner status. In 2017, Navicon became Microsoft Partner of the Year in Russia and joined the community of top companies with the most qualified expertise in solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics – “2017 Microsoft Inner Circle”. In 2016, only 62 companies joined Microsoft Inner Circle – that is just 1% of all Microsoft partners.

«We understand how to work in multinational teams and see the prospects for our industry-specific business analytics solutions on the global market. However, we know the difficulties which a local integrator may face while entering the international market. That is why Navicon launched its subsidiary in Munich to communicate with foreign clients and partners».
