The Gold status is awarded under the global Microsoft Partner Network program, proving a high level of the partner’s competencies in the implementation and support of cloud CRM solutions. Participation in the program, along with the highest Microsoft partnership status, empowers Navicon to use the best Microsoft marketing tools for the promotion and development of CRM solutions in the Russian market.
The competency in which Navicon got the Gold status is Cloud CRM. This proves that the system integrator is a certified expert in the Microsoft product line of cloud business applications – Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365. The Gold Cloud CRM status ensures Navicon both marketing support and the most advanced technologies by Microsoft. Besides, the Navicon professionals who implement cloud and hybrid solutions will benefit from Microsoft Partner Signature Cloud Support by receiving technical support on the cloud services from Microsoft engineers.
Implementation and support of CRM solutions are a major direction of Navicon’s development and operations. The company is conducting CRM projects for such sectors as the pharmaceutical industry, banking, finance, professional services, and FMCG. Based on Microsoft universal platforms, Navicon creates unique industry-specific solutions taking into account industry-specific regulations, quality standards, normative and other requirements to IT solutions.
