System integrator and software developer Navicon became Microsoft Cloud CRM Gold Partner. The Gold status is awarded under the global Microsoft Partner Network program, proving a high level of the partner’s competencies in the implementation and support of cloud CRM solutions. Participation in the program, along with the highest Microsoft partnership status, empowers Navicon to use the best Microsoft marketing tools for the promotion and development of CRM solutions in the Russian market.

Microsoft Partner Network competency program supports the corporation's partners which develop Microsoft products in the local markets. The local partners can join the program by going through Microsoft certification on separate products or product lines. The highest – Gold – partner status is awarded to those partners who show vast expertise in the projects based on the vendor’s technologies and platforms, while being able to meet specific requirements by local Microsoft clients.

Navicon was among the first companies in the Russian market to promote the concept of business applications' seamless integration and a complex IT ecosystem based on a unified platform.
