System integration and development company Navicon got Microsoft Gold Partner status in cloud platforms. The Gold Partner status in the partner programme is assigned for the high expertise level and successful projects based on Microsoft Azure. It is already the eighth time Navicon gets Microsoft Gold Partner status.

Cloud computing market grew in Russia in 2016 by 20,1%, according to an IDC Russia Cloud Service Market report.

Meanwhile the real increase in the cloud segment of IT market was two times bigger than the last year forecasts had anticipated. Analysts suppose that the use of cloud platforms and solutions helps business users to reduce unnesessary investments in IT equipment and infrastructure. This can explain the excellent market dynamics.

“We see that nowadays business users choose more often being connected to a cloud infrastructure instead of installing on-premise solutions. Data storing and processing on virtual capacities help to decrease spending on the installation and maintenance of IT equipment, ensure smooth work of the equipment, and minimize the risk of data loss by means of reserve capacities. This is especially of interest for those companies which have remote offices, because business virtualization helps them to save on IT scaling and maintenance.”

Cloud Platform Gold status is awarded to those participants of Microsoft global partner programme which develop in local markets the line of Microsoft cloud products as well as their own services based on Azure cloud.

In 2017, Navicon developed a range of solutions – for demand forecasting, marketing effectiveness management, and other business tasks – using Microsoft intelligent technologies available in Azure cloud. Besides, the company has developed a pool of its own solutions for business automation based on Azure cloud platform. These are solutions for marketing and trade marketing (Navicon Trade Data Consolidation), distribution control (Navicon Trade Promotion Management), complex data management of the company (Navicon Master Data Management).

Also in 2017, systems integrator and developer Navicon became Microsoft Partner of the Year in Russia and joined 2017 Microsoft Inner Circle which includes top Microsoft partners in Microsoft Dynamics product line. Furthermore, in the same year Navicon got Microsoft Cloud CRM Gold status, which proves its high professional level in the installation and maintenance of cloud CRM applications.
