System integration and development company, Navicon is on the 6th place among Russia’s largest providers of CRM solutions according to TAdviser (leading Russian IT media company). Last year the company earned 272 million RUR doing CRM projects. Rating was prepared by TAdviser’s analytical center and considers IT companies’ data for 2018-2019.

In CRM solutions Navicon partners with leading vendors, whose products allow its clients to solve problems at any level of complexity: Microsoft, Terrasoft, Salesforce. Among pharmaceutical and FMCG companies system integrator noticed interest in industry specific solutions. That is why Navicon has launched its own products that are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. In 2019 thanks to field staff management solution Navicon Pharma CRM the company became Microsoft Partner of the Year in business application development.

Navicon experts point out that CRM market will grow this year. Recent events became a stimulus to automate a range of processes in many companies, including sales and client interaction. Several customers, which have already implemented CRM solution and planned additional projects to develop the solution, reviewed their plans and started working on it this year.

Innovative technologies influence market development. For example, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotization – everything can be included in CRM solution and can be an important detail, which speeds up automation and elimination of a lot of manual operations.
