Hlebprom's 18 sales offices all over Russia that differ with their management systems and capacities are now working within the unified ERP
The system is being used by 300+ employees in the head office and regional branches
The ERP was deployed in the cloud which enabled the company to merge the scattered databases of its remote branches and thus get 4 databases instead of 18
The processes that got automated include sales, reporting, inventory management of finished goods, logistics, and document interchange with contractors
The ERP was integrated with the online store and the mobile trading system
The data on the regional branches is being aggregated in the same unified database where the master data is being managed
The ERP implementation was tailored to the client's business specifics (demand seasonality, etc.) and to its figure trends such as the number of branches and the amount of operations
User support that took into account different time zones was provided 24/7
