Project features

ITE and Navicon had started their co-operation long ago: in 2009, Navicon experts implemented the CRM block of MS Dynamics NAV at ITE Moscow office, tailoring the block to the requirements of the exhibition market. In 2011, Navicon also implemented at ITE the modules for financial accounting and operating activities.
The way the regional branches connect to the corporate unified database is now streamlined, as the database is accessible via a browser and no setup is needed on-premise.
The use of classic 3-tier architecture (a database server, an application server, the client side) allows for the staff computers of lesser capacity.
MS Dynamics NAV is seamlessly integrated with 1C accounting system.

Results

Results
The client obtained a modern scalable ERP solution providing an integrated information environment to the offices in Moscow and other large cities. The risks of a data loss or unauthorized access (while processing primary data in NAV and generating financial/managerial accounting reports in 1C) have been minimized.
